Late roman-era decadence threatens to gnaw a hole through the welfare state’s middle-class bourgeoisie. The only means available to change course is an italo-western movie, and so the former superstars Bud Spencer and Terence Hill reunite for one more film, shot on the paper-maché set of a theme park for the unemployed. And just like in the 1970s, when good and bad were easy to tell apart, the plot line is simple: brawling, boozing, eating beans! Spencer and Hill are quick on their feet - and to the punch – to stop the big villains’ and nasty bureaucrats’ game …

Jörg Albrecht counters the madness of turbo-capitalism with an exuberant turbo-comedy, in which four characters find themselves on the road to hell.
