One day, Daniel Marker wakes up from a deep sleep to find himself in room 203 and transformed into a man named Thomas. Three strangers stand around him, claiming to be his family, and they gradually reveal their conflict-laden past. Is Daniel, the successful banker who just lost a million-dollar deal, just experiencing a nightmare? Or is everything that had seemed so real to him nothing but an illusion? Whatever it is, the female custodians, guarding him in room 203, are disturbingly real, vaccinating the inmates with huge syringes and force-feeding them like livestock. The gap between Daniel’s new existence and his former life becomes deeper and deeper, but even so, this is just a side effect of a totally different and insidious plan.
